Create Your Alnair Broker Profile in Minutes
If you’re an independent broker and want access to Alnair tools, registration takes just a few minutes. After you sign up, we’ll quickly verify your profile so the platform stays professional and trusted—and so it’s comfortable for you to work with clients.
This guide applies only to registering an individual broker. Registration for users of an agency already registered in Alnair is different and follows a separate process.
How to register
Step 1. Complete the sign-up form
Go to the Alnair registration page and enter your basic details: first name, last name, phone number, and email. Your email will be your login to access the platform.
Step 2. Build a profile that sells your expertise
Add:
• A high-quality profile photo (a clear headshot works best).
• A short bio: what you specialize in, the areas/projects you work with, and your experience.
This isn’t just for appearance—your profile photo and description may be used in offers, property selections, and presentations you send to clients.
Step 3. Confirm you’re an active broker
To pass verification faster, include a link that confirms your professional activity—such as a social profile, an agency website page, LinkedIn, or a portfolio.
If you work independently, select or enter “Self-employed” in the agency field.
Step 4. Submit your application
Once submitted, your registration is automatically sent for review.
What happens next (and why it matters)
Quick profile verification
After registration, your profile goes through an initial verification. We check that the details are consistent, the profile photo is appropriate, and there’s enough information to confirm you’re a real professional. This helps prevent fake accounts and keeps the platform safe and useful for everyone.
Timing
Verification typically takes up to one hour during business hours. If we need anything else, we’ll contact you for additional information.
Outcome
When verification is successful, you’ll receive an email notification. Your access to the platform will then be enabled; if applicable, a trial period may be activated automatically.
How to get verified on the first try (mini checklist)
• Use a real phone number and a working email (company/agency email often verifies faster).
• Upload a clear photo where your face is visible.
• Write 2–4 sentences about your specialization, locations, and property focus.
• Add a link that confirms your professional activity.
• If you’re not part of an agency, select “Self-employed.”
