In this project, commission advance is available:when closing a deal through the Alnair platform, the agency receives 84% of the developer’s commissionupfront within a few days after signing the SPA.

How it works:
1. Select a unit
2. Click the “Booking” button and complete the reservation process
3. After completing step 1, an account manager will contact you and assist in organizing the transaction
4. The payout is made within 3 days after signing the SPA and paying 24% (terms may vary depending on the project)
