New Commission Structure:

Any company achieving AED 3M+ in sales across our projects within one month will receive an increased 6% commission (instead of 5%).

In this project, commission advance is available: when closing a deal through the Alnair platform, the agency receives 84% of the developer’s commission upfront within a few days after signing the SPA.

How it works:
1. Select a unit
2. Click the “Booking” button and complete the reservation process
3. After completing step 1, an account manager will contact you and assist in organizing the transaction
4. The payout is made within 3 days after signing the SPA and paying 24% (terms may vary depending on the project)
